  Waikoloa Village has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Pools, beautiful landscapes, golf course, resorts, etc. The house was impecable, had everything you might need (beach towels, chairs, etc) it accommodate our family of 6 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. We had trouble getting ice from the fridge and Mike was helpful and he did his best to fix it, also we had to change our dates and him /his team made it possible. I cannot recommend this place enough and if I go back I will choose this house again. Thank you so much!

  Great place to stay at Big Island! The property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood ~30 minutes from KOA airport. It’s spacious and had everything we needed; in particular there are plenty of shower towels and beech towels. The host/management company is fast in responding to my inquiries. All my friends and I are happy about our stay here. Compared to places in the south of the airport, this area in the north is more affordable and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

  2 week stay in Colony Villas townhome in beautiful Waikoloa beach area. Property is a lovely 3 bedroom townhome which was very comfortable for 3 couples. Tastefully decorated with a casual Hawaiian feel, it was very clean, well maintained and appointed. Had some great in home meals prepared in the fully stocked full size kitchen. Management staff are excellent to deal with and very responsive to any questions or needs, before, during and after the stay. Home is centrally located in middle of Waikoloa and about a 15min walk to local shops and the Hilton. Amazing swimming/snorkeling/surfing beaches are within a 15-30 drive and is best to have a rental car when staying in the Waikoloa area.
  Was a fabulous stay and would highly recommend the property and Shiwota Properties to all.

  This is a fantastic place to stay with the family. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items and it made for a great stay and we ended up cooking most of our meals during our stay. The place is fairly close to the beach and the pool in the resort was amazing as well. Overall, i'd recommend this to anyone taking a trip to the big island.
