  Omg, where to start ! We had a party of ten, 6 adults , a 6 year old , a 8 year old and two babaies 13 months and 17 months . Mike , the manager had sent our emails out so everything was up and ready to begin our vaca the minute we got to the property . The Obama suite is a separate area from Rey of house and the oldest daughter and her husband and little one slept there , we had a Lucious master suite that opened to the pool and our Youngers and her family had the junior suite the kids all had their rooms and we a were up and ready for the first evening . The pool and spa were used 10 hours a day , the beaches and king shops and queen market were body a few minutes for groceries . The golf course was walkable , the area sunrise and sunset la were always favourite parts of our days . The few quarries we had , Mike was instantly responsive. We had a very late flight 1130 pm , then a delay so after midnight , after discussing with Mike a possible late check out , he gave us all evening until we needed to head to airport , giving us the nap times and supper with all of us and stress free of 12 hours of wondering g what to do . Mike is amazing , and so so much appreciated . The property , best ever close to everything away from bustle and close t beaches . I would so do this property again , the first family vaca with all the grandbabies was a hit and hope to someday return ...... I rate this a 10 out of ten

  Several years ago, my family and I pitched the idea of all getting together in Hawaii to celebrate my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary (2020). We booked a trip back in 2019 and...COVID happened. We cancelled the trip with hopes of trying again in 2021. Nope. Had to cancel again. Their anniversary came and went but we still held onto hope that we would all gather together on the Big Island. Finally, we decided to try for Spring Break 2022! Having 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) made it somewhat challenging to find a place, especially with a private pool! We found this gem and decided to go for it...
  
  It was perfect! Two living areas on each side of the house gave each family some privacy. A common living area and kitchen in the center made meals special as we could all gather together. The Ohana suite was perfect for my parents (so they had some distance from the early morning squeals of children)! And the pool/hot tub provided hours of fun and relaxation for all of us. A luxurious yet cozy home, in a quiet area, close to beaches, shopping, etc. It had it all! Also, Mike was very responsive to our questions. It was comforting knowing we could easily get ahold of someone if needed. All in all, it was an amazing and memorable trip for our families. A special week in paradise that we will always cherish!

  This property was a beautiful place. We came with our family to celebrate a special occasion (9 people). The description and pictures of the property and amenities was perfect. We enjoyed every bit of this house from the pool and outdoor patio to all of the toys and games to engage children stored in the main living area. The kitchen had all of the necessities and more - we did lots of family meals in this kitchen, it is well stocked. I particularly appreciated all of the labels as reminders to know where to find things and where to put them back. We were 15 -25 minutes for most of the things we did and particularly loved Beach 49 (snorkeling - bring your own gear), Hapuna Beach and Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner and it's great beach for swimming.

  What a lovely vacation home, inside and out including the landscaping! Our family desperately needed rest and recharging. The home was perfect for us. The balance of public and private spaces allowed for personal downtime and family connecting time. Workout equipment was used daily. The well maintained lanai and pool also played an important part. The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning and spiritual.
  
  The home is immaculate! Spotless! Thoughtfulness to the occupants is everywhere from the generous welcome gift of local cookies, coffee and hand written note, to the aesthetic labels and instructions and to the generous stocking of the kitchen and laundry. The manager and owner were beyond responsive and gracious!
  
  We frequented the nearby beautiful beaches, local deli, and the resort hotel. There were day trips to Hilo and the National Volcano Park and Costco Target Walmart runs for our kitchen/grilling escapades and sundries. Each day was perfectly capped off by retreating back to a beautiful home base! We will go back again and would highly recommend this home to family and friends.
