This three-bedroom, three-bathroom private property is situated singly in the preeminent destination of the Mauna Lani Resort, at the KaMilo Development. Expansive fairway views open their green horizons to sky, mountain, and sea breezes. Stunning granite, brilliant light fixtures, and top-notch appliances muster the kitchen from an exquisite showcase to an epicurean showroom for your finer culinary creations. This home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The living and dining areas flow as one, and before the morning scent of plumeria wafts in, your friends and family gather under gentle ceiling fans, just as you had imagined.

Three bedrooms create nests of tranquility – pure, simple, and refined. Immaculate bathrooms provide luxury at every turn. At every entrance and exit the guests make of this home, they will recognize the impeccable style and privacy as being its most precious amenity.

Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you simply need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps and take longer to heat than a gas heater. About 30 minutes after initially turned on.

Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur a $225 per day extra charge. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9 am - 5 pm. Please note, that on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning.

  I originally had rented a house in the same area with a different management company. When I investigated other properties they managed the reviews were not good. I canceled that house and switched to a house managed by SRP Management and I’m so glad I did. Mike was easy to contact and quick to respond, even with the time difference. The house was everything I hoped and the pictures didn’t deceive. Beach chairs, floats, snorkeling equipment, plenty of towels and a pool and hot tub, not to mention the great private beach! The use of the garage was a bonus. So much room, I don’t think we ever sat in the den! It was the perfect house for my family and we had a spectacular vacation.

  We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The view on the lanai is spectacular and we ate every breakfast and lunch out there. The home has a large great room with plenty of space to spread out. We don’t have young children but I did notice a safety gate for the stairs, a play ‘n’ pack as well as small dishes and cups. It is within walking distance to one of the beaches and the petroglyphs. We used the hot tub every evening. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. It was hard to come home!

The private pool and spa were great and the large public area with 2 pools and a hot tub were wonderful also.   My sisters, mom and I had a fabulous girls Hawaiian getaway at this amazing house! There were 5 of us and plenty of room to enjoy lounging inside and outside the house. The property manager was amazing! He was quick to respond to minor fixes as well as to explain or clarify any questions about the accommodations. The beach club was lovely although you do need to drive to this location. The beaches really aren’t very close so best to drive for convenience. The beds were comfortable, the pool/jacuzzi were convenient, and the kitchen had lots of space to cook (the bbq worked great as well!) Nice view of the golf course and peekaboo view of the ocean.   Wow! Two couples, two babies, and one set of grandparents thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space, decor and furnishings were first class and we felt so lucky to be living in it for two weeks. The pool and hot tub were used multiple times a day—in fact, there were days we never left the house! The community pool and grounds were incredible and the kids pool there was huge—our 16-month old granddaughter spent hours in it.
  
  The property manager was responsive to all my texts and phone calls and gave us a late check out—allowing the babies to get good naps before a very late flight home.
  
  We normally stay in downtown Kona and I was worried about being so far north but everyone agreed the location made us see and do different things. We will DEFINITELY be back to this house.

  We had rented this house five or six years ago. It is right on the golf course which provides a wide open view. Having a pool is really nice for cooling off before bed in the evenings. The house is very comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking and dining area. With the restaurants being so booked we cooked at home every night and the kitchen and dining area were really great. We didn't miss sitting in a restaurant at all and enjoyed the fact we could eat on our own schedule and then go do something else. The house comes with access to the private club/beach which is a really nice place for beach time and snorkeling. Most everything you will need for a beach day out is available for you use in the garage. We had one issue with a plug strip that shorted out, I texted the manager and had a response within ten minutes and his father stopped by to troubleshoot within half an hour at 9:30 at night! We definitely plan to rent this property again for our next trip.

  Beautiful home in a great location, plenty of room for our family of 5. We very much enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course (goats!) and the pool and hot tub. House had plenty of towels, including beach towels and kitchen was pretty well equipped with nice appliances. Very much appreciated the homeowner providing laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and some extra paper goods. There are two beautiful community pools which were not at all crowded when we were there in August. It was a quick drive to several beautiful beaches (house had a few beach chairs and lots of beach and pool toys). Communication with management, mostly via email, was prompt and smooth. We had no issues arise with the house so no need for further contact.
